Tina O'Dwyer
Founder and CEO – The Tourism Space
Tina O’Dwyer For more than 15 years, has been helping leaders and communities create thriving places — places where people feel they belong, know who they are, and understand what they’re here to do.
Her background is in tourism. From small rural towns to national destination brands, she has seen what happens when leaders and communities focus not on visitor numbers, but on vitality.
Tourism taught her that place is never just physical. It’s the culture, the stories, the relationships, the feeling you get when you’re there. When those elements align, a place regenerates — it restores people, culture, and nature.
Through years of practice, she developed The Place Paradigm – a framework for understanding how belonging, identity, and purpose create thriving places.
She leads retreats, off-sites, and mentoring programmes that help people and systems find their right place in the world. Sometimes that means personal clarity. Sometimes it means reshaping the culture of an entire organisation.
