Chair The International Centre for Responsible Tourism global, which is focused on education, training and sharing knowledge such as running the free-to-enter Responsible Tourism Awards. We are also the global hub for an independent network of ICRTs in Latin America, West and Southern Africa, Finland, the Balkans, Europe, India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia.

I have always focused on sustainability and my work has included launching The Travel Foundation in the UK. I became a trustee of this charity in 2014 and subsequently Vice Chair and Treasurer. At the end of my Trusteeship I became a Special Advisor

In 2024 I also became a Non Executive Director of the travel company Responsible Travel.

As a business leader and communicator I am trusted by senior leadership, boards, stakeholders and staff to support them to flourish and to deliver results. I successfully ran my own business for twenty years as well as leading the travel communications and marketing team at Four Agency Worldwide for more than a decade.
