Abigail Adesina Olagbaye

Dr. Abigail Adesina Olagbaye is a renowned global leader and sustainable tourism professional with 24 years of experience in sustainable tourism development, facilities management, and public affairs. As CEO of Desigo Tourism Development and Facility Management Company Limited, she develops and manages destinations through sustainable solutions, projects, and events. Abigail is also the founder and chair of Sayari Dunia Sustainable Tourism Foundation, which targets youths, women, and communities in its programs, focusing on climate action, sustainable tourism and green trade.
Abigail has received numerous awards for her work, including the Top 100 Tourism Personalities in Nigeria, Top 30 Tourism and Hospitality Personalities in Africa, and World Tourism Hero. She has held various leadership positions, including Honorary Global President for Sustainable Tourism and Ecotourism by GCPIT India, Global Ambassador for Sustainable Cities and Sustainable Facilities in Tourism at the African Tourism Board and Vice President of the Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria (ATPN) Federal Capital Territory.
