Paul Wells leads the delivery of a range of residential, hotel and aparthotel projects across the UK.  He brings a wide range of sector expertise covering residential, healthcare and educational developments and has previously worked in the conservation and ecclesiastical field. 

He is instrumental in the development of Studio Moren’s residential portfolio and has been responsible for progressing a number of high-end developments through feasibility to construction.
