Mr. Art Chesmore is a certified professional tour guide and a professional tour director. Founder of Las Vegas Tourist Guide and co-founder of Las Vegas Private Tours, Art has been guiding tours since 1991.
Art specializes in designing, directing and guiding private custom multi-day tours from Las Vegas to destinations throughout Southwest USA, including Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
As an independent tour guide and owner of Las Vegas Private Tour Guide, Art custom designs itineraries to match the interests, desires and wishes of the traveler, and small affinity groups. All travelers enjoy exclusive use of their tour transportation vehicle.
Art has visited and toured all National Parks and National Monuments within the Grand Circle. Also, he has visited all, and toured many Pueblos in New Mexico.
Art was a founding director of the Las Vegas Tourist Guides Guild, and served as president from 1995-2012; currently he is a director and vice-president. From 1995 – 2003 Art instructed International Tourism and Tour Directing at the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas.
