Dr. Khusen Ibragimov is a tourism economist and data scientist with expertise in econometric modeling, big data analytics, and sustainable development.

He earned his PhD in Tourism Economics from the University of Alicante (Spain), complemented by research stays at the University of Portucalense (Portugal) and the University of Alcalá (Spain).

His research focuses on the intersection of tourism demand, climate change, governance, and quality of life, particularly in Central Asia. He has published in leading journals such as Tourism Economics and Anatolia, and contributed to international conferences and edited volumes.

Dr. Ibragimov is proficient in advanced data analysis tools (R, Python, STATA, SPSS, ArcGIS) and has received the “Best Scientific Paper in Tourism” award from the Ministry of Tourism of Uzbekistan.
