Dr. Hj.Masrura Ram Idjal SE., MBA., MSc.

Dr. Masrura Ram Idjal is a business women and academician. She is CEO of PT. Rabbani Semesta Utama or Rabbani Tour, one of a leading Umroh company in Indonesia since 2010. She is vice president IV of ASITA (Indonesia Tour & Travel Association), Head of Tourism division of AMPHURI (Indonesia Umroh and Hajj company association), Vice president of Women empowerment of KADIN West Java, and chair women of IWAPI West Java (Indonesian business women association).

Masrura active in tourism and hospitality industry more than thirty year experience in this industry with her role in business and tourism organisations. She supported government programs through her active organisation ASITA, AMPHURI, KADIN and IWAPI. She is also a tourism assessor of BNSP.

Masrura also an academia, she earned her PhD as well as her Master from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford The UK. Her Doctoral research was examine the Indonesian Decentralisation policy of the Village Law and the influence on tourism development in the rural destination. She is lecture at Telkom University Bandung, and actively participating in different conferences as speakers, collaboration with others academia and professional in different events, workshops and seminars to share her experience and knowledg
