Prof. Kam Hung is a Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

She has been investigating Chinese behavior and psychology in tourism and hospitality for more than 15 years. She has had more than 130 papers published by refereed international journals and conferences and received multiple awards.

She also serves on the editorial boards for multiple journals including Journal of Travel Research, Journal of China Tourism Research, Tourism Review International, and Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism.
