Mr. Diego Madrigal is President of the Costarrican Institute of Touristic Educacion ( ICETUR) consisting of an Academy responsable of one of every two certified Guides in that country.
He is an active tourist guide and member of the board of directors for National Guiding Comission, Costarican Tour Guides Federation, Costarrican Certified Tour Guides Association, proffesor at the UNED (goverment universy) and Author of the book used in universities and the technical academies to teach guiding.
At ICETUR we encourage our students to act following the Global Code of ethics for Tourism and apply a real commitment with the responsable interpretación.
