Dr. Mai Nguyen is a lecturer in Marketing in the UQ Business School at the University of Queensland, Australia.

Her research interests include pro-environmental behaviour change, knowledge sharing, innovative technologies, food choice and food waste. She has published her research in Journal of Business Research, British Journal of Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, among others.
