Maitri Fischer is the Co-Founder of Eco-Mantra, a leading environmentally sustainable design (ESD) and engineering consultancy based in Bali. Eco-Mantra collaborates with visionary leaders and developers to create eco-friendly destinations and experiences, integrating sustainable design principles into every project.

Having worked on over 100 projects in Indonesia and aboard, Maitri’s expertise spans both residential and commercial projects with some well-known brands and developers, such as, Potato Head, Waterbom Bali, Valrhona, Green School, COMO, Alila Hotels & Resorts, Viceroy Bali and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Under his leadership, Eco-Mantra has built a reputation for innovative design that marries environmental responsibility with elegant design. Driven by his passion for the environment, science, and travel, Maitri demonstrates that developments can achieve positive social and environmental impacts through holistic systems thinking and integrated environmental design.
