Since 2013 Moro has held the position of Director of Tourism in Jundiaí, São Paulo. She is a consultant in tourism development projects. She was president of the Jundiaí Tourism Council and coordinator of the Rural Tourism Program at SESCOOP, instructor at Senar, and consultant at SEBRAE, in São Paulo. She was a consultant specialized in Rural Tourism and Benchmarking at the Ministry of Tourism. She has developed the methodology for the Quality Label in Rural Tourism of the Fruit Circuit. Coordinates the Fruit Circuit’s actions and is responsible for organizing the Jundiaí Grape Festival and structuring the local Tourist Routes. In 2016, she received the national AMBITUR award as Outstanding Bachelor in Tourism, representing the state of São Paulo.
