Tina O’Dwyer is based in Ireland and works with public sector tourism leaders and leadership teams to put place at the heart of destination decision-making. She supports leaders to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and make choices they can collectively stand over for communities, businesses, and the long term.
Her work is grounded in sustainable and regenerative tourism principles, shaped by more than 16 years working with national, regional, and local tourism bodies. Tina delivers accredited capacity-building training programmes, facilitates strategic and stakeholder processes, provides leadership coaching, and regularly speaks and moderates at tourism conferences.
