Born in France. Lived in16 different countries. Education is Culinary/Management in Eculy, Lyon France. Worked my way up through the rank. I have an accumulation of 28 years in luxury hospitality, domestically and internationally. The most important part of hospitality are the ‘people’.
Born in France, lived as an expatriate student overseas, to be precise 16 different countries. Came to the United States as a foreign exchange student in New England at the age of 13, I wanted to be a teacher for younger students around art. Went to France to the école et institut culinaire, présidée par Paul Bocuse. Remained in France and worked in various Michelin-star restaurants, then moved back to the United States, to pursue culinary and enter management in the luxury hospitality sector. Continued to add experience while traveling, overseas and domestically.
I’ve been doing this for 28 years and am extremely passionate about the hospitality industry and sharing my experiences with others so that they can have better trajectories for advancement.
