Dr. Nilufar Rahimova  is an Associate Professor at the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, specializing in sustainable tourism management and the economics of tourism. She holds a PhD in Tourism Management from Westminster International University in Tashkent, with research focused on managing sustainable tourism in the Samarkand region. 

With over a decade of academic experience, Nilufar has taught a range of subjects including Economics of Tourism, International Economic Relations, and Economic Theory in both Uzbek and English. She has published extensively on sustainable tourism, digitalization in the tourism industry, and the socio-economic development of Uzbekistan. Nilufar has also participated in international programs such as the DAAD scholarship in Germany and the ORHUN exchange in Azerbaijan.
