Richard Julius is a strategic facilitator, trainer, and CSR/CSI professional with over 30 years of international experience, particularly in China–Africa engagement since 1999. He has led market-entry projects, international trade, sourcing, logistics, and exhibition coordination across China, South Africa, and Europe, while also delivering tourism, leadership, and business training for government and corporate sectors.

He serves as Founder and Vice President of the China Africa Meaningful Tourism Partnership and has held senior roles in consulting, trade firms, and business chambers. He holds a BA in Law from the University of South Africa, completed business development studies, and achieved distinctions in Mandarin studies in Beijing, along with professional courses in digital marketing, tourism management, leadership, and financial planning.
