Prof. Haiyan Song is Chair Professor of Tourism in the school of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He teaches courses related to tourism economics, research methods, wine branding and communication and wine tourism. His research interests are in the areas of tourism demand modeling and forecasting, tourism impact assessment, tourism supply chain management and tourist satisfaction index, and wine economics. He was also awarded the Mr and Mrs Chan Chak Fu Endowed Professorship in International Tourism in 2017.
