Ms. Ida Ayu Indah Yustikarini Started as civil servant in Bali Provincial Government in 2000, spent 11 years as protocol and announcer staff, 7 years as the Head of Sub Division of Administration (General and Protocols bureau).  She started her career in the Bali Government Tourism Office in 2018, as the Head Division of Tourism industry, in 2019 moved to another division as the Head Division of Tourism Human Resources and 2020, she becomes the Head Division of Tourism Marketing until now.

Ms. Indah has worked with the Vice Governor of Bali (2018-2023) to build Bali’s health tourism brand from the ground up. In 2020-2021, in COVID-19 time, she became the team of COVID-19 Recovery for Tourism Sector (worked with Central Government, Local Tourism Business people) established Green Zones (SUN: Sanur, Ubud, and Nusa Dua area), encouraged the Peduli Lindungi program. Works that given her opportunity as in 2022, she has been chosen as the participants of IVLP (International Visitors Leadership Program): BUILDING A DESTINATION BASED HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY fully paid by the Government of U.S. to learn and discuss how to develop health tourism destination in Bali with the American counterparts (10th September to 3rd October 2022). She went to the U.S. along with the other participants from Maritime and Investments Ministry of R.I, Health Ministry of R.I and Kura-kura Bali Special Economy Zone. Since last year (2023), she works with local, national and international stakeholders on the Bali Government program of Foreign Tourists Levy (Pungutan Wisatawan Asing) for sustainable environment and Bali culture preservation implementation.
