To recognise the challenges and opportunities for women within the tourism and hospitality sectors and to advocate for greater balance across the leadership roles within the industry.

Brings together all the stakeholders from governments, academics, practitioners and entrepreneurs to inspire, motivate, connect, encourage, empower and support women across the Bali tourism and hospitality industries. 

Women help preserves Balinese culture and the environment. Balinese women are the drivers of sustainable tourism. 

Tourism can be a global force for women’s empowerment,  through decent work, respect for human rights, and gender-responsive procurement practices.
