Indepth Background:
Sandy was born into a creative and musical family where she was introduced to music at age 6 taking accordion lessons which lead to performing and teaching music during her college years.  Music has been a staple in her life and Sandy has performed on 4 albums, a member of 3 bands and is half of a duet with George Powell called DOLCE.

Sandy received a degree in Art/illustration from Arizona State University. She taught Art in Pico Rivera, near Los Angeles for 4 years. She then relocated to San Francisco where she started her art career. She spent many years illustrating, designing and creating costumes and sets for the entertainment sector. One of her more known pieces of work, Boba Fett is during the time she worked on two films for Lucas, More American Graffiti and The Empire Strikes Back, part of the Star Wars franchise.

A quote from the Dented Helmet Web site: “Most people know Joe Johnston, either through his work on Star Wars or his later work as a director of his own movies. In comparison, few people know Sandy Dhuyvetter’s relationship to Boba Fett, but her contributions to the iconic bounty hunter are just as significant and perhaps even more well-known! If Joe Johnston is Boba Fett’s “dad” (No Jango Fett jokes, please), then Sandy is surely Momma Fett”

In 1985 she launched the Electronic Pen, a multimedia company in Silicon Valley. Sandy added multinational companies as clients and with the advent of the Internet, (October 1993) her company began developing corporate presences including transaction processing Web sites.
